Our roots run deep in Texas. Over the years, we've had the privilege of building custom homes across San Antonio and New Braunfels, TX. Including local Wilson, Guadalupe, Bexar and Comal counties. Our local expertise, combined with our passion for home building, ensures that every home we craft resonates with the spirit of Texas.
Kenneth Castro started KC Custom Homes over 25 years ago in Floresville, TX. Partnering with his brother in law, Rudy Rodriguez, as the company’s in-house custom home designer, Rudy quickly proved to be a key asset in the success of KC Custom Homes.
As growth continued, Ken’s two sons, Ryan and Chris, joined the team as partners in ownership taking the family business into its second generation.
Ryan took the role of Director of Operations. Ryan has three full-time Project Managers and a warranty crew that report to him. Once we are ready to start construction, Ryan takes care of our clients until the home is complete.
Chris handles the front end of the business as Director of Sales. Chris takes our clients through the design stage, and into signing contracts. Chris has a sales associate as direct support, Rudy as lead home designer, and two draftsmen he is responsible for managing.
